Cherry Tree and Greenwood Lodge

Cherry Tree and Greenwood Lodge are in an excellent location for University of Winchester students, just a 3 minutes’ walk to West Downs Campus and a 10 minute walk to the main campus. Each flat has been designed especially for students and built to a high specification. Every flat comes fully furnished including; Double Beds, Leather Sofas, Smart TV, Dishwasher, Laundry Appliances and is fibre broadband ready. Bills inclusive rate includes; gas, water, electricity & broadband.

1 year on!

Just over a year since construction started on our new student flats. You can see here the progress we have made on building one. We’re excited to have these ready for student to move in summer 2021. Further updates coming winter 2020. Watch this space!
