About SuperUni Housing
We are a family owned business dedicated to providing quality student accommodation in Winchester, Southampton and Guildford.
With years of experience as private landlords (not estate agents!) we are well established and respected in the local market.
As members of the National Residential Landlords Association, we make sure we are up to date on the legal dos and dont’s.
We are always keen to find ways of improving our tenants’ experiences of living away from home.
SuperUni Housing provide:
- High quality student houses and flats ranging between 2 and 8 bedrooms
- Newly built or refurbished housing, maintained and decorated to a high standard
- Fully furnished with fitted kitchens, white goods (washing machines, tumble dryers, fridge-freezers etc) and standard furniture (beds, desks, wardrobes etc)

Meet the SuperUni team
Charlotte Harris
Charlotte has worked for SuperUni Housing for many years and is the veteran of the team. When Charlotte is not helping students, she can be found baking something tasty in the kitchen.
Hannah Rowe
Hannah looks after Columbia and the Sparkford Close properties. She is often found exploring Hampshire with Millie- her chocolate spaniel.
Beth Dunn
Beth is the newest of member of the team and manages Mulberry Court. She has a passion for musical theatre, which shows in her teaching for a local theatre company.
Andrew Wyndham
Andrew looks after the rest of the Winchester properties. He is the director of a local choir and has published music for choirs and schools.
Diane Salisbury
Diane is our friendly accounts expert. When she is not doing her sums, she is attending music gigs every weekend.
